DIY AI: Marketing™ GPT is a digital educational program created by Kelly Sparks and delivered by VMG Studios. 

Due to the digital nature of the course and the immediate availability of course materials upon purchase, we do not offer voluntary refunds once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law. This covers: 

  • DIY AI: Marketing™ 
  • The DIY AI: Marketing™ Companion “Coach Crystal” GPT
  • Any add-on resources or upgrades

This refund policy is standard for digital learning products where content is accessible instantly and cannot be returned.

Our team invests significant time, expertise, and resources into creating high-quality educational materials designed to help entrepreneurs and small businesses strategically integrate AI into their marketing. Once access is granted, the full value of the program is delivered.

 

Why We Use a No-Refund Policy

  • The course provides immediate, full access to proprietary training, frameworks, templates, and AI workflows.
  • Digital products cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded.
  • The integrity and fairness of the program rely on consistent policies for all participants.

Additionally, committing to a non-refundable program often increases follow-through and implementation—an important factor in your success with AI.

Payment Responsibilities

By purchasing DIY AI: Marketing™, you agree to the following terms:

Payment Options

You may pay in full or use an installment plan if one is offered. By selecting an installment plan, you authorize automatic charges to your chosen payment method.

Commitment to Payment

All payments must be completed, regardless of:

  • course completion status,
  • changes in schedule,
  • personal circumstances, or
  • satisfaction with the course.

You receive immediate access to the full program, and payment is required in full.

Delinquent Payments

If an installment payment fails:

  • Access to the course may be paused or revoked.
  • Outstanding balances may be sent to collections at our discretion.

Products Covered by This Policy

This policy applies to all digital products and offerings related to DIY AI: Marketing, including:

  • The DIY AI: Marketing™ course modules
  • The DIY AI: Marketing™ Companion Coach GPT
  • All downloadable templates, guides, scripts, and assets
  • Any future add-ons, upgrades, or bonuses included in your purchase

Access & Program Integrity

Upon purchase, you receive:

  • Immediate access to all course materials
  • Downloadable assets
  • Lifetime access to the program for its operational duration
  • Access to the Companion Coach GPT (while the tool remains available on the OpenAI platform)

Access is provided to the purchaser only and may not be shared. Unauthorized sharing may result in revoked access and potential legal action under intellectual property law.

Please be advised: The DIY AI: Marketing™ Companion Coach Crystal GPT is a separate, optional upgrade available through our VIP package. If you purchase the standard version of the course, you will not receive access to the Companion GPT unless you add the upgrade.

Exceptions to This Policy

Because full value is delivered at the moment of purchase, refunds are not provided under normal circumstances, including:

  • change of schedule,
  • change of mind,
  • financial hardship,
  • lack of implementation,
  • dissatisfaction with AI tools or the OpenAI platform,
  • misunderstanding the nature of the course.

Extraordinary Circumstances

In extremely rare cases, we may consider an exception solely at our discretion.
These cases are:

  • extraordinary,
  • unavoidable,
  • and documented.

Requests must be submitted to hello@vmgstudios.com within 7 days of purchase and must include:

  1. A clear explanation of the extraordinary circumstances

  2. Documentation supporting your request

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Exceptions, if granted, are one-time and handled case-by-case.

Chargebacks

By purchasing, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Attempting a chargeback:

  • does not cancel your payment obligation,
  • may result in immediate revocation of program access,
  • may lead to collections proceedings,
  • and may restrict you from enrolling in future programs.

We will provide your payment provider with proof of product delivery and acceptance of these Terms.
